No one knows if it's going to be a boy or a girl yet. We're hunkered up by the phone waiting and hoping everything runs smoothly. This is going to be a long night. Wish 'em luck folks. AndyT Posted October 3, 2008 Author Share Posted October 3, 2008 Lee and Aimi were blessed with a baby girl just after 11.00 last night. I am now, officially, gramps. We don't have a name yet but weight was 8lb 4oz and all appears well at this moment. Mum and dad are knackered, especially mum. I think Aimi had a straight forward labour, don't know how the time is calculated, her contractions started at 6 in the morning. She did forget to ask for pethadine. Thanks for all the well wishes folks. I must admit I had MartynWyn's little boy's trouble in mind and felt terribly for them all. I have to go to work soon so I won't see her for a while yet but Lee got us a picture, just over an hour old. Enjoy. I'll get back when I can folks, 'til then, goodbye all.
