marbleapple
no i dont what to reclaim the bank charges i want t-mobile to pay for it. i am not going out of my way for there mistake Fair point but you have a duty under law to mitigate your loses. Thus waiting 6 months for T Mobile to pay when you could sort it with 1 letter might mean that you are being unreasonable in the eyes of the law. If it were me, I would resolve the issue with your bank 1st and then put your complaint in writing to T Mobile to their complaints department. The people on the phones are usually morons where as the people who have to deal with letters are at least English! With regard to the bank charges, they can only be reasonable and thus £15 a day does not sound reasonable to me. When they charge me I usually ring up and politely ask them to fix it and if they say no, politely ask to speak to their manager and repeat the request. If its not your fault its not reasonable for them to charge you. Walking away from T Mobile might be tempting but it might open a can of worms... If you put your issues in writing and state that you view them to be in breach of their contractual obligations I bet you get an apologetic phone call pretty quick. I always find it is getting hold of the people who know what they are doing which is the hard bit. 'martins money tips' has a lot of info re the bank charges if you google it. Max Headroom
Also record any telephone calls you have with them, importantly tell them first you are recording it. Usually opens up another level of service to you, worked for me
