i dont understand why people hate hamilton lie above. whenever ive seen him interviewed he is confident but not cocky. sure of himself but not big headed and quite calm and relaxed. Other drivers i see are just arseholes. Even some of them further down the field.

Exactly. A Brit being confident and sure of himself! What a crime. We hate that in this country. Who does he think he is being all good at his job and young and talented?

You claim Hamilton is irritating. Why? Is it because he is good at what he does and isn't afraid to admit it? Perhaps you are ashamed to see an Brit win easily. Would it be better if he really struggled for the wins in a Force India car instead of being a naturally gifted driver who was so talented that he landed a place in a top team?

Honestly, you do see some sh*te talked on this forum.

The part that i dont understand about the rules is,

Massa leaves his pit area with his refueling hose still

attached injuring his crew, drives to the end of the pitlane including pulling out into another car, again ! but only gets a drive through ?

Unluckily because there running out of fuel 2 cars have to pit when the pitlane is closed because the saftey cars just gone out but they get a 10sec stop n go penalty, doesnt make any sence to me.

Felt really sorry for Massa as he's very good just in the wrong colour car !

So if Hamilton was to move to Ferrari, you'd support them?

I think I put it across wrongly, I would just support Hamilton if he moved to Ferrari and I wouldn't particularly care if they won the constructors title or not.

But a British driver car combination and I would want them to win both titles.

I personally follow the driver, not the team.

So you're not bothered if Mclaren don't win the constructors?

I have to ask, what was the point of making it a night race? The lights were bright enough to make it like daylight for the drivers, the whole world is trying to conserve energy and they are running million watt bulbs in every light, and all so the people in Europe can watch a procession live instead of time shifted a couple of hours.

Really cant see the point of it.

And why were the cameras set so far and so high on the track. The whole idea of F1 is that you see, hear and feel the cars. Its like watching a scaletrix race in the dark in your bedroom.

Less than impressed with that race.

I agree, pointless really and the carbon footprint would've been significant.

A boring circuit too with limited possibilities for overtaking.

I think I heard someone say that this was the only race where the track and the air temperatures were the same, a consequence of the night racing.

For those who prefer the FIA conspiracy theories:

Firstly the stewards decided not to investigate the fact that Alonso completely cut turn 1 on the first lap, thus overtaking 'Captain Slow' Button. Why bother, neither Ferrari nor McLaren were involved.

Secondly they took a half hour to decide that Rosberg should get a stop'n'go penalty, thus allowing him to pull out a 30 second lead and come out in front of DC and Hamilton.

"Alonso will be very relieved that the stewards weren't paying too much attention on the opening lap and Rosberg will be glad that the stewards acted so slowly to impose his Stop/Go penalty. But just as it was bad news for F1 to reverse the Belgian result, it would be bad news to have any thing detract from what has probably been the best race debut in F1 history."

I'm a Ferrari fan *waits for roasting* because I maintain that Schumachar (M) is god and will always support Ferrari although I don't like the occasional 'get out of jail free' card handed to them from the FIA. However, the last person I want to see win is Hamilton. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a British driver to support but it has to be a worthy one and he is an irritating, little s*it. Real shame Massa couldn't fight from the back...Schumachar would have done and it would have been an even better race for it. *wipes tear for Schumachar's retirement*. Massa totally gave up.

Not a massive Alonso fan but he did drive a blinder and was a derserving winner....anyone but Hamilton. Hope Massa can do enough to clinch the championship and wipe the smug look off Hamilton's face.

Rant over.

*biased*

I would expect nothing else from a FERRARI fan...:D :p

:trampoline:

ferrari are a bunch of tosspots anyway, they got what they deserved.

lets see how they together with the fia cheat in the next three races.

Exactly! :D

The joke which they call the FIA, will probably penialise a team at random for sidestepping at kerb or unavoidable action or just putting half an inch over the pit lane line (probably will be Mclaren as usual) so i wouldn't be suprised if Ferrari win the "championship"...
