I wouldn't trust buying an engine of that type ESPECIALLY as vvti's (i know) are very sensitive!

kslb
arent vvti meant to be hard to tune irrc, but then again irrc ive seen a few vvtis with a single turbo on them:D The only problem about tuning them in my experience is as they are newer less have been done but now the 10 yr old issue with imports is passed for the vvti model it is becoming easier to find people who know how to do them. My vvti has had a bit of work done and I have no issues with it and it runs fantastic after Ryan G mapped it. If anyone was to implant into a pre vvti I would suspect issues to be loom and ECU but not sure. I do have a new vvti ecu which I could sell if it helps anyone.
