It is a black plastic ring which sit between the two inner sides of a UK front brake. one of them has disginerated and brake fluid leaking from it on to the disk and pad I try looking at the pdf from toyota regarding brakes but no luck... I dont think Toyota sell them by themselves, you will need to find out exactly what size it is and get one from a o-ring supplier. You might be lucky and find its an off the shelf size.
