Duffman
fitted boost gauge yesterday...well everything except the actual hose, t-piece etc...could anyone post a good pic detailing exactly what piping the t-piece joins up. also what do i do with the stock boost controller(think thats what it is, next to where the t-piece goes)...do I just leave it there doing nothing? merckx
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=1118778&postcount=7 You've got to make sure that all the hose connections are good as you want the turbo pressure sensor to keep reading the correct boost. I've got no idea how your boost controller is connected, the above is for plumbing it into a car that has no other extra connections at that point. Duffman
1. Existing hose which you pulled off the sensor 2. New hose (2 inches) which you've just fitted to the sensor. 3. New hose which runs to your boost gauge. would this not mean that there are 2 hoses coming from the sensor???

Duffman
so just to sum that up one from old sensor one from boost gauge is the last one the hose coming from front/ back of car?
ivan
Imagine cutting the old hose from the sensor in half and putting the t-piece in the resulting gap. You would plug the hose from the new boost gauge into the free end on the t-piece. You don't actually cut the hose though - you use a spare 2" piece to make it into two pieces.
