Dave17
On a serious note, if you apply the BOV linked to above and also get the stick on sunroof, these mods will enable you to be flamed everywhere you go. They certainly compliment each other. Not in a good way mind:d
Stratty
I was going to post a sly remark until I saw your avatar.. Do you want a dump valve for your N/A as well ?
Guigsy
Oh, it's an N/A is it.... Needs lots of cam overlap and squashy really, and a mappable ecu, can't see it happening without setting fire to the thing Flamer kits - JUST SAY NO! Dave17
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDrzMGdYWZc The person being incinerated will be the chap who wants to add a flamer to his supe
Gaz6002
Some chavs have invented a "cheap" way to get this effect which involves a bottle of compressed methane (I think) and a line fed to a spark plug in the exhaust. Quite why you'd want your car to have the characteristics of a badly tuned engine I don't know, do you like BBQs when you park in Asda car park? The mind boggles. My take on this is your car either does it for a reason (i.e. 2 step, antilag etc) or it looks supergash. Also, fake flames will NEVER look anything like the real deal IMO. Guest Budz86
Group buy on flamer kits? I'll have 2, one for this Supe and one for the next one when this catches fire
Scott
I thought flames were the result of safe mapping at high end revs causing excess fuel on the overrun? Surely that would be a result of good mapping? Obviously anti-lag etc has the same effect and at almost any rev-range.
Kiunno
So far you seem to have gotten away quite lightly with this thread. Im subscribing, this should get quite amusing:D Also if you want a BOV/dump valve for your NA while you're at it see here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=162336&highlight=bov This is getting amusing I didn't think it would generate so much interest, I also changed my Avatar guys so its work friendly
Kiunno
Just get your mapper to map accordingly, it's trivial to do. Cheers Chris, it is a twin turbo alright

Forgive my ignorance but do some highly tuned engines on Superbikes,Moto GP bikes, Rally Cars and other racing cars not spit flames and backfire, as Scotser says there I would imagine they would be properly mapped
