ADL Mark
I don't see how you can percieve Lewis to be arrogant? If he goes on to win 7 world championships will you then like him? I think he's got one of the better attitude's in F1, especially compared to the likes of recent drivers such as the one and only Michael Shumacher who was truly an arrogant, albeit very talented, man. I agree with Alex that sometimes he could not say things he does but that comes with experience which can't be taught. He is very young as well, these things come with age. I used to love F1 but to me the sport is all but dead, the FIA have ruined it. They might as well just parade two Ferrari's around the track every race for all the effort they make to stop others from being competitive. I really do hope Lewis goes on to win the championship, he deserves it because he is a very talented driver. Unfortunately this upsets people. tbourner
I'm reading LHs book at the mo as well, it's not written very well IMO but it's very interesting. He's far from arrogant!!

They tried that in Indianapolis, I don't think it caught on - they c0cked that up so badly they had to leave. Mike

I've just read it, and wasn't sure if I wanted to before hand as it sounded like an autobiography and it's too early for that. But after reading it, it comes across like a transcript of an interview, and I think he comes across very well. Arrogant, no. But self-belief, yes, tons of it and rightly so. And if he doesnt which is extremely likely cause it is not a level playing field for McLaren, it would be really good for him to retire from the "sport". Alex
lol lets not get carried away... If Ferrari go on to win the title it'll be tainted - again. If McLaren/Lewis win they'll have triumphed through adversity.

R3DG3CKO ROB
This is turning into a Joke, It's supposed to be motor sport not politics... The FIA are sooo up Ferrari's ar*e it's hilarious and the funniest part is that everyone seems to know it! I'm not a huge fan of Lewis as a person (he's a bit of a Chav) but his driving is beyond question and he has a fantastic attitude for someone so young. Yes he's cocky but anyone at the age of 23 at the top of their sport is going to have an heir of confidence which is perceived as 'being arrogant' He's got the skills to win this championship despite the best efforts of the FIA and I'd like to see him win, he is British after all. Massa's had a great season but unfortunately he drives for Ferrari and it's incidents like this that adds to there reputation. As far as the incident is concerned, he gave the place back and tried to make amends for cutting the corner (although it was to avoid hitting Kimi) the whole don't overtake until after the next corner thing seems to be a very grey area indeed and the penalty was far too harsh. As many people have said before, it would be a different story if it were a Ferrari gaining the advantage... I'm looking forward to Singapore anyway as it looks like rain so hopefully raikkonen will spin off and crash in a puddle again and restore a bit of balance to the world He is rubbish in the wet you have to admit? He can't *race* in the wet...just look at Monza, finished where he started.

And at Silverstone... Watching from the trackside, he was really messing up our understanding of the placings... I think it was 5 spins in that race...
