Havard
It's now 8.00pm on a Sunday night and I am having a well deserved pint..... Whilst everyone else has been filling their face with pancakes, I have been grafting!! All of the cars were absolutely filthy as the Mondeo had not been washed since July, the Beemer since the first week in August and although the Supra had been mopped in anticipation of JAE it then has spent the best part of a month in the garage getting covered in oily fingerprints and being parked in a couple of puddles outside........ I gave the Mondeo a thorough wash and got thousands of dead flies off the front as it has been up and down the motorway everyday. Getting the crap off the wheels was a major job too. I didn't go overboard as the car goes back to the leasing company in 5 weeks so I didn't see the point...!! I then set about the Beemer. Nice and easy to wash but the paintwork felt really gritty so I decided to clay bar the fooker.... I can't believe the amount of kack that came out of the paintwork even though it looked clean as a whistle. The car then got a full wax and I am really impressed how it has come up!! The bobywork feels like glass!! The Supra was a real mess and I felt a bit gutted that I had spent my money on a mop four weeks ago for the car not to get to the show and then be full of annoying greasy marks and also picked up a couple of scratches on the drivers side front wing, I assume by the mechanics leaning on it as they have been sorting the power steering pipework. I gave the Supe a good wash and polished out the scratches with Colour Magic. They came out quite easily.... I had a lot of annoying sticky marks to get out and then it was time for a wax. I used the Maguires Carbanuba wax which has brought the car up lovely!! I also cleaned the wheels and waxed them too.... Here are some pics!! http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/2428/pict1411nh3.jpg http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/pict1411nh3.jpg/1/w1155.png http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/3974/pict1406cz4.jpg http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/pict1406cz4.jpg/1/w640.png http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/930/pict1407gh9.jpg http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/pict1407gh9.jpg/1/w640.png http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/7020/pict1408ah7.jpg http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/pict1408ah7.jpg/1/w640.png http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/5720/pict1409gi2.jpg http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/pict1409gi2.jpg/1/w640.png http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/8047/pict1410ey0.jpg http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/pict1410ey0.jpg/1/w640.png I have recently wanted to change the supe but after seeing it today, I doubt that I will be able to sell it. Maybe a TT conversion and big brake upgrade are a possiblity!! H.

Havard
That does look VERY nice Paul. When are you selling it? I'm not..... I tried to buy the TRD as a replacement and failed. I have gone off the idea of a 911 in the short term. Looks like buying a decent sized house with a double garage has become favourite!! H.
