Gaz Walker
I wish mate, just cant justify spending that sort of dosh on 1 car when I can have a nice road car plus a mental track car! Thats what an R35 is isn't it
Paul Whiffin
Not powerful enough to keep me happy. At the moment my frill is coming from our Time Attack RX7 1100kg 700bhp, R35 will be very boring to drive after that.
Jellybean
stunning example but You have to have enough experiance by now of the Jap supercars, what would you recommend Supra vs Skyline GTR vs RX-7 vs EVO etc
Paul Whiffin
stunning example but You have to have enough experiance by now of the Jap supercars, what would you recommend Supra vs Skyline GTR vs RX-7 vs EVO etc Difficult as they all have there pro's and con's. EVO, great all round practical car but for me I dont like the 4 pot engine and notchy gearbox RX7, great car for the money but troublesome if you buy the wrong one Skyline GTR, brilliant at everything, only thing is some people dont like the way they look compared to Supra & RX7 Supra, again, brilliant cars, worst bit for me is the lack of steering feel, apart from that there spot on. Jurgen-Jm-Imports
Reliabilty- supra driving experience - rx7 handling - r33 gtr but rx7 is good too everyday car - evo long journeys or top speeds - supra easy car to tune for power vs cost - supra 0-60 - r33 gtr this is based on rx7 supra r33 gtr evo
Peter P
stunning example but You have to have enough experiance by now of the Jap supercars, what would you recommend Supra vs Skyline GTR vs RX-7 vs EVO etc Not trying to butt in but having owned a Supra and a Skyline as well as 300ZX, MR2 and a few others,I don't think there is a simple answer to that question as each car served a different purpose and had specific benefits. The R34 GTR has to be the pick of the bunch in some ways though as what else offers comfortable seating for 4 adults with a useable boot and can take trackdays and quarter mile work in it's stride with minimal fuss?! I still think a car needs to be tailored to your individual needs as they tick different boxes. Just my 2p worth and a free bump for Paul as been in this beast and it's mint!! Would snap it up if money allowed! Pete
