Supragal
I agree they dont look great in Silver, facelift rear lights help in that case. I'm of the school of thought that a decent set of wheels and maybe a front lip is all thats required to make them look decent. Nothing more. Indeed, although I'd go for subtle skirts too else I think the front lip makes it looks unbalanced when you move to the side of the car. But then I am a bit OCD about stuff like that... I think the headlights are one of the biggest problems.
Jake
Not a fan of the 996, or cab's in general. Tell your old man he should have bought a 993 insteadlol my old man is not into cars why do you think he gave me the supra, he is not buying anything yet as he wants to buy another business and has his eyes on an aston martin in the future:) How was Harry when you paid him? It was you that paid him, right? Must be nice having a 911 registered in your own name at your age.

It's just that I can't take any of your comments on the aesthetics of the Supra in any form seriously if I know you allowed it to live on looking like that, even with a new owner

DaveK
Oh God. That is beautiful. WANT. OMG. I have to stop looking at that now. No you don't. I was browsing a couple of months ago and saw a RHD black 3.6 for £27K - no way I'd pay £97K for a 3.3 - even an S - even if some poxy golfer owned it. Yeah ok, so I didn't mean that exact one specifically but... oh you know what I mean, git
jazz1
id love to own that, 5 years back my dads mate had the same one in red mileage was 40k he sold it for 24k
DaveK
Yeah ok, so I didn't mean that exact one specifically but... oh you know what I mean, git "Git" or is acceptable. The two together is simply rude! I have always been very tempted by the Bad Boys look. I was very very tempted by the one I saw advertised a couple of months back - the only thing that stopped me was that I didn't really want 3 cars while I tried to sell the 964. Especially not at the same time as spending stupid amounts of money on my house.

Tell you what... now prepare yourself for my 'selfless offer of the year' but go get the black one and while you're selling the 964 I'll look after it for you. Can't say fairer than that now can I?
