Hiya all, have been thinking about past memories the past couple of days, and the one memory that keeps going into my head is my Mitsubishi FTO GPX, last year i sold her to a customer at my restaurant who offered me £8000 for her, which i accepted and i proceeded without any regret and got the supra.

Once i sold the FTO, a couple of months later he contacted me and told me that he had an accident with her and she has been written off, now i know she is not my car but i cant help but being major gutted that this person smashed up the car i had taken care off for 3 years.

the memory of the car has recently popped into my head and i felt like bringing back to life the FTO again and getting the same color and bodykit, by no means do i regret getting the supra, i love it to bits and looking forward to having completed the car, have been told to let her go, do you think i should let the memory of the FTO go?

It does not matter if the car is no match for the supra, its how much YOU like the car if you loved your fto then there is nothing to match it no matter what it is.

I own a Mitsi GTO TT and its my fav car I know it heavy expensive and the supra and skyline will easy beat it but to me the GTO is my pride and best car I would always have it. I know 100% the supra will go so will the skyline for something more better one day but the GTO will always stay with me.

So If you like your FTO so much and you miss it No matter what you get or own nothing will compare to the pleasure and satisfaction you get / got from your FTO

Sorry for Grammer and spelling I am useless at it.

Your better of just letting it go.

How did he ever get it going fast enough to crash it anyway? :p

car had 250bhp mate, took her to santa pod before i sold her and she ran into the high 13's, not allot of cars could touch her, to be honest nothing could touch her unless you had over 250bhp.

my mate had a 300zx, in a straight line he would kill me, but we are not in the USA, we are in the UK and i pissed over him and some skyline, even the supra once on the roads here in cardiff, but i am just a born racer and one hell of a driver.

but you lot are right i should let her go, and put my efforts into the grim reaper of a car like my supra and hell will rise in cardiff when its finished.

Each to there own. Personally I quite liked the look of your old car and different people have different favorite cars. We like NSX's and yes I know it wouldn't beat a Supra in a straight line.

After all we are all guilty of thinking that our cars are superior to other peoples, I'm sure that a Ferrari owner would probably feel the same way about a Supra.

I say go for it if you want to! After all variety is the spice of life.

will see what my finances are like by the end of the year, and one thing will happen, two things might happen.

1) my supra would be finished and i dont plan on selling her

2) if i can i will get the FTO and re-do her again and take her to portugal and leave at my house up there.

3)might even by that time gotten over the FTO and get the skyline r33
