Guest onL0oker
Here are links to two unfinished projects. One being chassis and few components, and the other partial build (just started). http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/722526.htm http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/696322.htm You can always buy one of these pre-started or early-stage builds, and find the appropriate tranny, then decide the engine later... As there are quite amount of work needed to be done before adding the engine. A BMW v10 sounds nice, but why not go for a LSx engine? They're affordable and tons of tuning capability. I live in the states and don't have a garage to build an Ultima. So I'll be purchasing an used Ultima GTR at the end of this year. My goal is to bring the weight of the car down to 800kg dry, and with 800bhp. I'll swap the sbc engine out and go for my dream engine, an IRL v8 twin-supercharged. There are just so many options when buying these cars.

Have emailed the guy about the first kit too to see what parts he's missing to complete the build and work out how much of a saving there is to be had on what he's selling.
