JamieP
Sort of a mud guard for the rear wheel, standard on R1's and the like. http://motors.shop.ebay.co.uk/items/_W0QQ_fromZR46?_nkw=fireblade+hugger&_sacat=9800&_fromfsb=&_trksid=m270.l1311

SupraAyf
A Power Commander would be useful with the exhaust set-up and they are quite cheap 2nd-hand on eBay;)
Jake
Simpson Bandit Helmet, I loved mine I love mine too but TBH they aren't very good bike lids. The wind noise is terrible compared to most proper bike helmets. I've had Simpson lids since the 1980s (that's before The Stig was invented) and although I love the styling they're really designed for car racing. The original ones are illegal to use on a bike iirc.
Jake
They still are, AFAIK. All the ones I've owned over the years (four of them) were illegal for road use.

Yep that is true, I had mine about 6 years ago now, have not been on a bike since I crashed my GSXR 1100 in 2004

AndyT
Google Maxton and get his front forks revalved and set for him. '95 on the 16 front can produce some cheek clenching of a most serious kind and a well set front suspension will be one of the best presents you can give him. Or, if that's not feasible for obvious reasons, get him a darn good steering damper. White Power, Ohlins. Demon Tweeks stock 'em, amongst others. Not sure if Maxton do 'em. Edit. As you're in Somerset, take a trip to Verwood in Dorset and check out Crescent Suzuki. They run the Rizla teams and have a lot of good gear on site.
