charleshmlee
Hi there, Just wonder if we really need to bypass the VSV of the EBV(circled in red) and let it opened all the way for this Apexi Boost controller setup. Are there any benefit with or without doing it? Thanks Charles.
cwtt
The EBV has absolutley nothing to do with controlling boost. It is only to pre-spool the second turbo. go to http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles and look at the instructions on how to install the boost controller. AndyT
Check this link out to discover everything to do with the 4 actuators. http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/supra/turbo.htm
charleshmlee
Thanks for the info. My Supra is already in apexi wiring as described the diagram. So I will have a try to route the vacuum line back to the EBV VSV, and see if I can get a better transition from 1st to both turbo by getting the prespool work running.
