jevansio
That 3 spoke Carlos did from a Gen 7 Celica looked mighty fine to me for that OEM look. As for aftermarket Momo Race is my fave , will dig pics out Carlos's: http://www.css-networks.com/steering1.jpg Edited September 5, 2008 by jevansio (see edit history)
Guest Garfy
Whats wrong with the stock 3 spoke one?
JamieP
Whats wrong with the stock 3 spoke one? Maybe a leather one would be ok, mine was plastic.
DodgyRog
Momo Trek R all leather, they do a suede top version. The shape fells a bit odd to start, but it nice when you get use to it and when side ways the corner bits help you with controled opposite lock;) O and the flat bottom helps us lanky gits get in and out:p Edited September 5, 2008 by DodgyRog (see edit history)

I'm having the same problem at the moment. I want one that matches the interior, but looks sportier than stock without being tacky. I like the Momo millenium but it just doesn't seem to go with the Supras interior for some reason.
AndyT
Like that wheel Rog. Jay. Since TRD have deemed not to make their wheels anymore, is that gen 7 a direct fit and does it have an airbag bud?

Don't think it's a direct fit Andy, but yes it has an airbag, Carlos was selling everything needed to do this conversion a while ago See here for full thread Andy http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=157220 Edited September 5, 2008 by jevansio (see edit history)

Bobbeh
I like the stock one (in the UKs), the Celica one looks pretty cool too (my dad has one and it feels good), I'd probably opt for the TRD if I was upgrading.
tooquicktostop
The sparco wheel with your new dash kit both in black alcantera would look cool IMO as you will have that 'race car' look without being too plastic

Scott
I would try for a TRD one if you can get one. My favourite aftermarket wheel other than trd is Momo Millenium.

Jake
The OEM wheel from a VVTi is my personal favourite. Much nicer than any of the pre-facelift ones and of course, OEM quality. The wheel from a Tiptronic might be a good idea for you, Jamie, as you could wire the buttons up to functions on that fancy dash display. Homer
Got to agree with Jake here, the one that came on some of the late models is very nice looking and has a 'good' feel if that makes sense! The TRD one is also decent looking and has a good feel and grip, but very expensive for what it is. One of the cheaper ones I like is the one on my current car, Momo race: http://www.avonbar.com/product/?pid=6033

Scott
momo millenium http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm107/martynwin1981/supra001.jpg I meant the evo one.
Nic
The TRD one is also decent looking and has a good feel and grip, but very expensive for what it is.[/url] The TRD is my favourite and what I use, they were cheap IMO for what they were (ie. including the airbag), as a comparison a brand new late model steering wheel is around £1000! TRD have discontinued the steering wheels now
Nic
The Veilside steering wheels are very good quality http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=77350 Edited September 5, 2008 by Nic (see edit history)
