Benzsupra
Hello everyone, My air con was working fine until i removed the dash to change the dials then i get all the right things/noises happening but no cold air. I have put this in another thread but since then i have just learned how to do a heater diagnostic test and the light above the fresh air button flashes which according to the list is the pressure switch circuit. Firstly could i have caused this but disconnecting the battery and removing the dash and secondly does anybody know what i can do to check/fix this. Thanks, Ben
rick001
Not too sure on this but when i recently removed my dash (umteenth time)i found that if you do not re-connect the connector blocks onto the heater switches correctly and firmly etc they will flash and go off and maybe you just have a bad connection - perhaps remove the dash panels and re-check all the connectors are pushed firmly home, hope this helps
Benzsupra
Thanks for the suggestion but i already tried this when i realized it wasn't working. There's so many wires and connectors behind there i did give as many as i could a good push and wiggle
Benzsupra
UPDATE After doing the test the compressor no longer kick in or anything... Re-gas i think with dye, maybe a leak somewhere.
