hi just having a clearout. and found lots of recipts for stuff i bought over the years.

 

pretty scary looking at how much stuff cost.

loads of others too. i not been fussed over last few years about upgrading to latest spec computers. the one i have now does everything i need it to.

 

sister has just gone out and got a g5 mac for £1300 does look a good bit of hardware and the 20" screen looks great.

pc hardware has come down so much, you get so much more for your money.

back in the days of 2x writers. most i can remember paying is £5 each cdr for kodak discs. i used to have so much trouble burning discs. if you used to move the mouse it fooked up the writing process. now you can get a blank for about 14p. writers for as little as £25 my first writer was £1000 never got it 100% burning correct.

you can get so much more for your money theses days.
