Pot Posted September 1, 2008 Author Share Posted September 1, 2008 You should know our Plod's too proud to put themselves in a decent car, they have to stick with Evo's and Merc oil burners It's a hell of a long story with my car - It went to a bodyshop/backstreet dump recommended by my Dad (Burts by Matalan, looks dodgy but he'd sorted out all of my Sisters crashes and dings excellently (She's had a few)) as he was lending me the ££ to get it fixed... But 6+ Months on (And much more aggro I won't fill up this fellas spotted post with) - The car's only just been straightened... In their defence, it did turn out that I bought a really bent car (Hence the jigging), but once the Jag place got it, they had it straight in a few days... An example of what I'm up against with Burts, they took 14 days to collect the car from there, at which time the owners of the Jag place got fed up and just left my car outside (They told Burts they were doing so beforehand, I've got no issues with them)... ((Luckily a friend of mine works nearby and spotted my car out the back, I had no idea it was there, they told me it was in Insworth!!))
