Homer
On the TT it's simple, bridge the +B and FP (or something like that) ports. How do you do this on an NA? The diag plug is different so just need to check before I fry something!
SteveR
Stupid question, but why do you need to? Can't you just turn it over for a while 'till fuel gets through from the tank?
Homer
Stupid question, but why do you need to? Can't you just turn it over for a while 'till fuel gets through from the tank? Pretty much everything is built from scratch. Pump is not tested, lines are all new, has a different FP ECU, new wiring, return, system empty for at least 3 years, etc so want to test for leaks and other issues before doing a full startup (which provided I can get the new lines in should be this weekend )

If it were simply running out of fuel it wouldn't be an issue, considering the cars history and it's almost a new fuel system it's just a sensible precaution to prime, presurise and test it before firing up. d_d
couldnt u just stop it firing and crank it, like you would do to built up the oil pressure. at the same time you would see if there are any other leaks, unless you want to purely run the fuel pump or arent ready. No, I only want to prime the fuel system. Just need to know the correct points to bridge on the NA diag port.
