Mrs H
Can anyone give advice on how to get the bolt out of the suspension arm/wishbone. Just been to my local garage as my car failed it's MOT last week with play in the drivers side lower ball joint. Got a replacement from Keron on Saturday and I thought that all was well. They have got all but one of the bolts out but camber bolt/cam that fits through the subframe will not move for love nor money. Is there anything "special" that can be done. It seems like it is just rusted solid. They have tried heat, plus gas etc but after watching them tw@t the bolt with everything they had, it still would not move at all. Is having to cut them out not uncommon?? It now looks like the car will not be going to JAE after all...... HELP!! H.

Havard
That is now looking like the only way to get them off. What/How did you cut it? It looks like they are going to have to grind it off or cut the whole wishbone into smaller pieces...... H.
