Do you have an aftermarket ECU in there (i.e. Spoon or Mugen which on a teg still only lowers it to 4.5k rpm). OR does the 2.2 (H22 is it?) just have a weaker vtec than the B18? Yes but when the v-tec cuts in it doesnt operate another cam shaft it joins the rockers together and makes the valves open differently doesnt it?
