AMG
Over the last few weeks i have noticed that the soop starts to stutter and 'miss' at low town speeds. Some days can be worse than others but am i right in thinking it could be bad coil packs or coil pack connections? Changed the plugs a few months ago so presume it aint that. Tricky-Ricky
Have a similar problem myself, but i doubt its the coil packs, as you would more likely notice problems at high boost, i suspect the CAS or its wiring.
AMG
Sorry for being thick but what is the CAS? I will check it out. Would it be worth getting new coil pack connectors just in case?

AMG
where abouts in the engine bay is that? will go check it in a min before it gets too dark.
merckx
where abouts in the engine bay is that? will go check it in a min before it gets too dark. The crank sensor is obviously next to the crank and at the front right of the engine, next to the alternator. I took mine out yesterday. You can unplug the harness which is more accessible and check the resistance but I don't think that'll give you a definate answer when questioning it's ability to work properly, I would think the same goes for the camshaft sensor.
