Martial Arts

Depends what you want from a martial art, personally i would take up muay thai.

I have done Muay Thai, want something more complex. Muay thai is a rather simple style I want something with grips, locks, submissions, etc. A mixed style, that can stand up and fight and take-down if needed.

No, but if you do, post your thoughts, I quite fancy having a go myself. :)

Will do. Emailed an instructor thats not too far away from me.

I do Jujitsu at the moment (I have my blue belt grading in 3 weeks  ) and my instructor is big on usibility and street application; lots of locks, throws, holds, punches, and more over pain! It's amazing how much pain a very slight pressure can cause!

Cool :)

Let us know how you get on.

just make sure that if you are going to learn Krav Maga that the person training you knows exactly what they are doing, a lot of people think they can teach this, best trainer to get is an israeili if your trainer has done his training in israel then you should be ok as you probably are aware Krav Maga is what the israeli special forces use and trust me its good but its also nasty:d

BUT if your trainer thinks he is an israeli then you may be get hurt as it is a "specialist art" but you will enjoy it if you are prepared to "feel some paaaiiiin":d

I have done too many styles that involve lots of pain!

Sadly, I dobt that I will find the style taught by an Israeli or someone taught out there. You cannot get this in most styles these days.

Its more for me to get a "feel" for the style and see what I want from there. Theres a lot of training available in Israel, so I would give serious thought to going over if I like te style, to round off my skills.
