A lot of money can be made here, a similar house across the rd recently sold for 1.25 million. I only just got planning last week and ive not put it on the market yet. I am selling the Plot for £500,000 and if you want the house building as well i will do you a good deal on that. JamieP Posted August 21, 2008 Author Share Posted August 21, 2008 Being a plot that has no services in place like drains/water/Gas/electric the build cost would be over 300k im sure, I will sit down and work it out when i have time. even if it cost 400k you would still make over 300k in year which is not to be sniffed at.
