When I was BPU, I had approx the same on my Supra you plan ... plus the GReddy e-manage (piggy back) ecu ... which allows you to take the max out of the boost controller and the turbos. I don't think you need another radiator (you live in a cold climate), nor a breather kit ... both are a lot of money, but not very useful on BPU ... unless you plan to go single afterwards .
