Wez
I think this cooler should do the trick, any thoughts? PS Cooler
SUPRASUZUKI
I used 10mm (3/8" near enough) ID rubber hose on mine. The cooler looks plenty big enough compared to the stock cooling loop.

bolarbag
Is there any disadvantages to making them bigger, I'm sure mines are -8, I'll confirm tonight, my reservoir to pump is -
Paul Whiffin
Bugger, your right, its -8, but pump to reservoir pipe is -12.
Wez
Thanks guys, I check yesterday and it is indeed -8an which is .450in roughly 10mm
bolarbag
Bugger, your right, its -8, but pump to reservoir pipe is -12 Are you sure its -12AN, the oem part that connects to the pump has been retained, cut and welded with a -10AN on mine, there is no way you would manage to fit a -12AN on flush, the diameter of a -12AN fitting is bigger than the oem part too
Paul Whiffin
Yep, just checked on my own car.
