Paul
Yeah, I've got a Bosch one, had it about two and a half years. Seems a decent battery but got to say that for about 18mths or so the Supra has spent alot of time in my garage as it's a weekend car now and it's on a trickle charger/battery maintainer thingy so that keeps it properly charged all the time. peter richards
yes thats my plan paul as i dont use the car much now, but if i can save £30 then ill swap it tomorrow
Paul
Peter, I'd go for it then. The build quality is good and if it's the same warranty then why not save a few quid?

mathew
what benefits does a better battery (also what does a better battery have that others dont?) have? ive got a minute one in mine recomended for a fiat cigaretto (or whatever they are called) and it does its job fine. peter richards
all the ones ive had up to now matt have only had a 2 year guarantee and tbh have died just after a year , ok the shop was good enough to replace it each time , but i just felt like id be taking the pi55 if i took it back again although theres still 6 months on the guarantee. so the fact that these other batteries the halfords and the bosch have a 4 year guarantee , i could be wrong but should be better /stronger than the cheap ones. time will tell
