dannyspeed
I want to remove my Gas struts from my boot. At a quick glance i can see there are two bolts holding the bracket to the boot lid. The bracket fixed to the car body looks like the bolts are underneith the bracket. The question is, do i have to remove the interior trim round the boot to get to the bolts, or does the gas strut unclip from the bracket somehow? Lukeyboy2k
I want to remove my Gas struts from my boot. do i have to remove the interior trim round the boot to get to the bolts? Pretty much. I think it's possible to remove the bolts by just pulling the trim back, and not totally removing it - I couldn't manage it though .
