Well, doesn't that depend on what I want in return?

Like for example - my right arm for a big cake, my right ear, for a sweet.

A very valid point. Do you suggest what you can request is measured by weight instead then? I.e. your ear may weigh less than mine and thus can't get as much 'wish' for it?

I wouldn't give my right arm away, but my great aunt is having 2 toes removed to make room for her big toes.... can I use those towards a wish?

So is she getting toe implants? What is the benefit of modifying the foot configuration? I guess she'll be a faster swimmer as water won't be able to slip through the toes? Or is it to improve her ability to walk over sand/snow?

Right now in my state I probably would give my right arm to be free of pain. That sounds crazy I know, but many people live without an arm and get by just fine, I know of two people with one arm and one leg. It's all about quality of life and I think I would accept a substandard 'look' for a better quality of pain free life.

Well her big toes are bent due to age and she had a choice... have all her toes broken and reset + otehr nasty things, or simply have a toe removed from each foot. Plus in removing the 2 toes it technically gives me 2 wishes does it not?

I'd give my Aunts 1st toe for..... a mortgage free life.

I'd give my Aunts 2nd toe for.... a Euromillions Jackpot win (on a double rollover).

Some peoples right arms are worth more than their left based on weight then? ;)

Again a valid point.

£10,000,000 in the bank and tax free interest, as long as I can buy my arm back, for 10% of payout, packed in frozen peas within 48 hours of having it cut off.

You can have my right big toe for nowt, the pain and hassle its giving me.

Whats up with it if you don't mind me asking? (Need to decide whether it is worth having. Perhaps part ex with with my Aunts? :D)

It got run over by a boat trolley a few years back, squished it good and proper, lost the nail within hours. The nail grew back skew, and I've had constant problems with ingrown toe nail since. Other than that, its quite a nice toe...well formed and in good proportion, although its 10mm shorter now than my left one. It has thirty two long black hairs on it, and 12 short ones. Three wrinkles and no flaky bits. I can push a cocktail stick under the nail to a depth of 15mm.

Does your Aunts come with any history ?

I feel for you. Had two myself, one on each big toe. Both ended up having a mini op to remove half the nail meaning that I had a huge bandage on my toe for ages afterwards.

My advice (if you havn't done it) is go through the doctor and have the nails sorted out. The ops hurt but afterwards they have grown straight and much better than before.

Well she is 76 so I guess there is a large amount of history. Used to be a dancer and a school teacher so they have been put to good use.

As for servicing I *hope* at the age of 76 she hasn't been serviced in a while.

I'd give my right arm for three wishes.

The first wish being that I'd like my right arm back exactly as it was attached and unharmed.

That leaves two more wishes....Hmmmmm.

Genius......
