little num
hi guys / gals, ive recently bought a uk spec totally stock car (still with cats in) i had a some hesitations so my brother and i decided to by pass the vsv's by doing the TTC mod, this made the car very quick but was still hesitating really bad, i then changed the spark plugs and would you guess problem solved. but we left the TTC mod and went to try the new plugs, first - second - third was brill but forth - fifth - six i seemed to be hitting the standerd fuel cut is this normal, it was hitting 1.1bar, when i put it back to normal i was only hitting 0.9. your feedback would be a help cheers
Wez
1.1bar with both cats in will generate some high EGT. Now you have fixed the prob why dont you go back to sequential mode

jaymdee
I think that TTC can lead to a boost spike which you don't get from normal sequential mode, as all the boost is coming in at once and overwhelms the wastegate, rather than being controlled properly. I expect that the boost would drop back down, but you've already boost cut when it goes over 1.0Bar
