michael
I can't hear it, how young is that guy!!? The guy who comes in is a 21 year-old company director who has apparently spent £30>£40k on it since buying it. It's this company I believe - http://www.tvrpower.co.uk

Pete
Is this just a workshop or TVR Briton? We didn't have cars back when we were known as Britons. (Britain)
AlexJames
lol at the reporter.... she asks the TVR owner "did you think it would come out this bad when you sent it in...?" whats he supposed to reply to that!? "well yes actually I knew it was going to come back to me extra crispy after spending 30k on it!"
Daston
yep was TVR power 2 cars down and 15 damaged, as far as we know (the tvr lot) stock wasnt effected and the fire took out the front of the workshop that included the toilets. So not too much damage to the business. I guess TVR powers insurance will sort it out, shame as they were the closest thing to TVR since the factory closed. Aparently it was caused by a car that came in with an electrical fault. Bet they wished they disconnected the battery on that one.
hoff
Dare I say it, gutted. Thats is a shame though:( I think someones insurance will be a little higher on renewal.
Chris Wilson
He's done the owners a favour IMO, they can have a handful of ready money from the insurance without the embarrassment of trying to sell the things

It's this company I believe - http://www.tvrpower.co.uk That was really poor editing by the BBC- the £35k included buying the car. Has a Tuscan Racer engine and was being fitted with a superchager. 7 cars are a total loss, many more have some degree of damage and all cars in or near the workshop will need full retrims due to smoke damage.
