jamesmark
ive decided to buy it just rang the guy now Unless you are getting it for silly cheap as it is knocked off or the guys knows it is fecked and is a reject. Would £14k not stretch getting an old engine rebuilt replacing everything with either new OEM parts or uprated parts, get the block sand blasted to make it look like new? A full engine rebuild with some nice uprated parts and a brand new block from Toyota would be a lot less that £14K

JustGav
Unless it is for a concourse car in which case it would make sense. Just looking at Titan's site you can get an impressive combo for the same money. I do get the sneaky feeling the selling price wasn't £14k though. dannysupratt
is there any disdinguishing ways of telling if its uk or jap engine i would suspect it is a uk ? Good point, I dont think there is externally other than the turbos being slightly smaller and maybe an engine number should confirm this at toyota.
