Guest lukesupra Posted August 12, 2008 Share Posted August 12, 2008 hi guys had a problem for a while and its got worse now, everytime i change gear or at low revs turn a corner or anything really i have the master warning light (like the 1 where the handbrakes on) but when i put my foot down it goes off then when i change gear its back on again!! any1 have any ideas?? it aint brake fluid? hadyn Posted August 12, 2008 Share Posted August 12, 2008 Sometimes when your brake pads wear out, the cylinder in the calipher pushes in due to the lack of pad, eating up fluid causing the brake fluid to run low. Also when accelerating/cornering hard the brake fluid in the reservoir flies all over the pot which causes the sensor to throw up a warning light. If its the main triangle warning light and the (!) light you see when you usually have the handbrake on, I'm 90% sure its brake fluid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
