merckx
Yes, it is possible. There isn't much room in the boot for the lpg tank though, a doughnut shaped tank would fit if you remove the spare wheel but it would stick up above the board which would normally be there. Lee P
The octane rating is high on LPG too, would be interesting to see how a supra running some power would perform on it.

It's straightforward on the NA engines, no problem. The turbo cars are more difficult and less often done, but there's a chap who's posted on here but lives on a different forum who has an Aristo turbo (same engine/turbos/ECU(ish) as the Supra TT) which runs 400hp on LPG no problems. merckx
My brother has just fitted a LPG kit to his 3.0 litre S type Jag, cost £1000. It starts on petrol, when the water temp rises it's used to vapourise the lpg. This only takes a couple of miles at the very most. Or you can buy an electrical vapouriser if you want to run on LPG from start up. It's only 54 pence per litre around here.
Tricky-Ricky
There used to be a couple of people on the SXOC who ran LPG on quite high powered S14s 450bhp and the performance was somewhat better on LPG, i would imagine it takes careful mapping. Havard
ok thats it, i'm going for it now other question it costs 2-2.5 grand for instalation You have pm. I was quoted £1800 for a full injection system from a place in Bolton. I would imagine that you need to get a few prices as that sounds very expensive!! H. RamzisX
Bummer I did not know that gits.......you'd think it would be paid for with the new 110% hike in tax disk cost!! all I know, that with gas system installed taxes are 20% cheaper and the next summer I wil go to Lithuania and will have lpg injection system installed legally with custom made 60-70l gas tank in spare wheels place for just 700 pounds. And whats funiest of all, they do same italian systems, which are best in range
