Guest r33
Sorry, not really sure what section to put this in... ...and its a long shot in asking here. They have the same 5x114.3 wheel fitment, its a complete kit with Braided hoses and calipers (D2/Ksport) I take it the brackets would need adapting to hold the calipers??? Yet its £130 cheaper with the same supplier... money is tight so i'm wondering why it wouldn't fit if it didnt!! If its just as simple as differnt caliper holding brackets, i've got a good mate with a supra that would im sure let me take his brakes off and try out my skyline brakes there to see the difference I expect the braided hose fitment maybe slightly different but they'd be ways around that, i've got a local engineering firm that has plenty of oddball fitments that would help
marc_p
Bit risky just to save £130 on a brake conversion if you ask me. You have to ask yourself why it is £130 cheaper. Is it missing something?
Tricky-Ricky
I suspect the bolt hole and spacing wouldn't be compatible, so would necessitate adaptor plates being made, so that would take care of the money saved, i would say more trouble than its worth. Chris Wilson
You would need to have different caliper brackets and disc bells made (different offsets, probably different spigot hole diameters, too). If you can get these made for 130 or less a set you should go into commercial manufacture of brake upgrade kits
