Jake
I just see the E-01 as jumping large "blocks" not in Graph Mode! It looks like a Dyno readout type graph, takes 5 mins to get used to.
Homer
If you've got (or are thinking of getting an e-manage in the future) then the e-01 is a no-brainer You know the e-01 can be used to display e-manage info and to program it, right? I've got an e-manage already, an e-01 will be bought very soon (as you say, a no-brainer ). Just seeing if I should buy a Greddy boost gauge on top of that or if the e-01 could fulfil that function. This is mainly because if I bought an e-01 for the boost gauge I'd make a custom centre dash section to mount it, if not then it'll go in the glove box! True, never used it in that way, I do know that it is easier to use than an SBC, which is a shame as it's a lovely looking unit. As for the gauges Homer, if you get Greddy, they can be linked to the emanage and E-01.

SimonB
Don't get confused by the two different E01s. There is the E01, which is just a display for the Emanage, and the Profec E01, which is the boost controller and display for the Emanage too. If you've got a Emanage just buy the Profec E01, it's only a bit more expensive than the E01.

Spell it out for me mate Sorry, that's my lack of using the quote button! I was replying to this:- I've got an e-manage already, an e-01 will be bought very soon (as you say, a no-brainer ). I LOVE SUPRAS seeing as this was your original question and it seems to have got bogged down in 3 pages of e0-1 worship i have a greddy profec b, if you have this months jap performance the top secret R34 has one, it does exactly what it sez on the tin- controls boost- no whistles or fancy bits, it is a peice of p**s to set up and install probably the easiest on the market and cost me £120 second hand from Jap andy on e-bay
