Some of you may remember a few weeks ago my dog hurt himself and had to have stitches... well they seemed to have healed until this morning when they burst open so back to the vet we went, another op to put it all back together. So now I'm sat at home with a still sedated feeling sorry for himself dog and will be for the entire weekend. I'm used to being out and about, already I'm feeling trapped. This is the first house we have had that hasn't got a great country pub within reasonable walking distance. Wife doesn't like walking far in her heels, and she wont go out without them. Still, she's half cut by 9.30 most nights, and Speckled Hen and Tanglefoot taste great from a bottle...we go out for a meal with friends once a month, but other than that we don't get out much. I was thinking about putting a film on but it's too late now I'll go to bed before it finishes... but the cinema has been neglected somewhat recently.
