Thorin
Keith Cowie's was certainly impressive last year, and I look forward to seeing them both this year... but to me (and many others) Ronnie's car was all the more impressive as it really is a car you could live with every day. Bobbeh
So where are the big big power supra's guys? We need to show em! The USA, and there are 'a couple' in development over here So far (that I know of) there are only 3 in the UK that has broken into the 10's for 1/4 mile, dudes, leons and the CRD which has ran 9's. There are lots of others in and around the 11's which will no doubt be in the 10's etc given a bit more time.
mkirby
I think RR car when i spoke to him last year had about 750 bhp but thats at the wheels so must be pushing 1000 bhp at the fly!! Will be an interesting year this year as the sumo r34 car is no more but they have an r32 and the gtart car is looking good, i know theres a few supra's which will be pushing and theres now, at last a couple of big power 300zx's coming through which is nice to see some people challenging the skylarks Kirbz
Markie
Is Leons the one that got stuck on the line V that Maestro?
Bobbeh
Yeah, but that was 3 years ago, his car looks like this now and its around 1000bhp. not 600 as in the video. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robert.pogmore/DSC02019.JPG

MONKEYmark
should be a better year what with all theses single turbo supras about. its took a while, not long now till we start seeing a few of them running. kev h envy supra looks good too. keith cowie and crd supra supposed to be running at elvington soon on the scooby shoot out. should be good to see the crd supra looks great
mkirby
Please remember that the 660 he had a few years ago was at the wheels still and on a skyline thats a lot of power as i think they lose about 30% through the transmision. Also i dont think he's got much more on his car ie he's still running a T78 turbo but he's got a 6 speed seq box in it now Also the Sumo R34 in 04 was running about 680BHP at the wheels and that was the fastest road car at the pod Kirbz
MONKEYmark
aint the t78 good for about 700hp bet the sumo skyline had more than 680 makes him look better if he done it with not as much power. he is so full of his self RSe cant fault that ronnie`s car its a good all rounder
