Choosing the right Valves

Ran into a bit of a problem today when cleaning up Ye Olde valve's. I was a bit :banghead: wether to get new one's. But the condition of them has helped me choose. If i was keeping the enigne and turbo stock then i'de carry on and keep the old ones, but because im spending so much on the engine i dont want to risk anything.

What would you guys recomend? Now OEM are out of the question at £35 Each + Vat.

Im not planning on raising the rev's for a start. Any reviews with the Brian Crowler one's, or the PHR? Planning on getting new springs and retainer's too

Thanks

Here's a few pics of what i found today:

What's supposed to be up with them? In an ideal world you would change the valves, caps, cotters and guides as a matter of course, but it's costly! Those valves look OK, how do they measure for stem size? So long as you aren't building some screaming race engine I would say they could well be re usable with no issues, subject to a micrometer check and a straightness check.
