chris2o2
If i was to balls up and put too much oil in supra would there be any detrimental(sp?) effects ? I've managed to go about one cm on the dipstick above the Full mark. Ideally i'd go drain some to be sure but i had the use of a garage and ramps today and i dont have anything here thats of much good to me . Not my proudest moment . hadyn
If you're that worried jack the car up. Get under the car and crank open the drain plug for about a second and then close it. That should drain off any excess oil.
merckx
You could always put one side of the car up on a high curb and drain some out.
RedM
One garage I went to overfilled it by nearly half a litre! I had several blats in that time and drove about 30 miles to Robsheffields house. When they'd drained it off it ran fine and still runs fine (or so I'm told). Maybe I was just lucky.
