mathew Posted August 2, 2008 Share Posted August 2, 2008 borrowed the old mans 2001 320 earlier and on numerous occasions it just cut out. he took it to a garage a few weeks back and they said it was a cam shaft sensor which apparently they had sorted but seems they havnt really. another problem i noticed is that it seemed under powered when i put my foot down. even in first gear i could floor it and there wasnt any sort of urgency only a slightly more noticeable poke when it reached the higher rev range. ive driven it a load of times so know what it feels like when running right. any ideas what this problem could be?
