SteveR
What AFR do you see when idling? How about on boost? (From memory - don't drive the car as it is, just in case.) bump
Tricky-Ricky
Me , I know I am stupid to try hoppe not damage any part, I have the Fuel Pressure Regulator in 45psi. Cant see your map but going on comment made, i would get somebody competent to remap it before you kill the engine big time if you haven't already caused damage. A few things I have noticed with a quick look. * inj 4 fuel trim has a 25% spike * rpm set to 10400rpm * fuel cut load 2bar Your map is identical in shape to the gm 3bar base map which comes as a startup calibration, what injectors, map sensor and turbo are you running? Yes Correct I put that base map and I put -30%(percentage value on Map Fuel), my setup is: Stage 2 Fuel System Siemens 850cc fuel injectors Aem 3.5 Map Sensor Stage 2+ (GT67) Also Fuel Pressure Regulator in 45psi is these correct ? I notice when I put the base map the make a lot of smoke black. Edited August 8, 2008 by Batmax (see edit history)

The map you posted is configured for a 3bar gm sensor, not a 3.5bar aem, the fueling and ignition curves are not be suitable for a GT67 turbo. Wht AFR gauge are you using? Aem too, I bought the uego kit. My supra does not have enough Fuel ? Could I damage the engine the mechanic's workshop walked him to speed up the maximum ? And Notice engine load around 100kpa, is this bad ? Edited August 8, 2008 by Batmax (see edit history)
Wez
Aem too, I bought the uego kit. Could I damage the engine the mechanic's workshop walked him to speed up the maximum ? You are not using any wideband feedback which at this point is prob good as I am guessing you didnt calibrate the input using the gain control, this is still at the basemap default value. Knock control is turned off. The list goes on, to be honest you are lucky the engine is still in one piece.
Wez
And Notice engine load around 100kpa, is this bad ? 100kpa is atmospheric, 200kpa is 1bar and 300kpa is 2bar. All this is useless though as you have the wrong map sensor calibration.

What you've tried to do isn't related to luck; no offence but I know when I'm out of my depth and risk damaging something, you need to realise you're in that situation now and get some professional help to sort it out before it's too late. Let's not candy-coat things; you ARE going to ruin the engine if you don't sort out your mapping properly.

Batmax
Today I make a compression test engine not too hot but I think is not bad, also plugs pics, what you think:
b_have
Plugs look mega rich (though only indicates recent exposure, maybe at idle?)
Tricky-Ricky
Plug readings are only a very sketchy indication of how it was running before switching off, the only real way to take a plug reading is to cut ignition at whatever throttle/boost and coast, then pull the plug, always did this on bikes before the days of widebands etc;)

b_have
Compression looks fine ~150psi with less than 5% variation.

JamieP
Yup, the two feeds you can see will be the oil lines, if there is no water feeds then its not dbb.
