Royal Armouries in Leeds

Last week I had a job on Leeds for a couple nights, so to kill time during the day I went to the Royal Armouries.

Its FREE to get in and will entertain all ages, I was really impressed with it.

There is currently an exhibit of arms from famous movies, such as Lords of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe, King Kong, Hellboy and the Last Samurai.

There is also daily shows, such as jousting, sword fighting, etc.

Thought I'd mention it should any of you want a nice day out with the family, or just if your keen on your armouries :)

To top it off, I then went to T.G.I Fridays in Leeds and fell in love with the waitress Julia - she's lovely....and so is the chocolate fudge fixation :)

any pictures of julia??

Sadly no :(

I'd like to see the LOTR stuff, it looks scary!

The Movie exhibition is well worth a visit, however they dont allow pictures to be taken, though Im sure you could always sneak a couple if no staff are around.

The LOTR character I have a picture of wasnt in the main movie exhibit, he's in the main hall as you walk in to the building.
