AEM EMS 02 sensor reading problem

Recommended Posts

I have connected my Aem uego gauge to the Aem ems (white 0-5v output wire to pin 48) with the o2 sensor disconnected i'am getting 2.35volts on pin 48 which it should but the reading on the ems data is showing 00.05volts and it stays at that voltage no matter what i do, have calibrated the o2 gain but makes no difference. anyone know what i'm doing wrong?:(

Right problem solved with the 02 reading the ems was configured to use pin 47 and my signal wire was on pin 48.

Moving on to the next problem attached is a screen shot of the display with just the ignition On engine not running, it seems that the ems is thinking that the engine is on load hence over fuelling.

I still have the standard map sensor fitted. any input please guys

mine doing same, but running 3.5bar map sensor. just ticks over like a bag of sh*t. i wouldnt attempt to map it yourself. ryan charges very reasonable fees and he knows his stuff. let him do it.

Hey Mate

If you click on Fuel on the toolbar and then T Fuel it will bring up the fuel table which will also show a PARAMETERS window on the left.

On the engine load parameters what are you seeing?

To select the correct map sensor you need to go to SETUP - SENSORS - MANIFOLD PRESSURE SENSOR - MAP SENSOR WIZARD

Then select Toyota ALL is you have the stock map sensor or 3.5bar if you have the aem 3.5 sensor.

But its not that easy to make it driveable as need to make sure the correct battery offsets are set for the injectors then the microset bit was correct.

So what i would suggest if pop me a pm with full spec abs and will sort you a map to get to me at the dyno.
