Almost overheated - is this rubber pipe to blame?

UPDATE: It was the rad cap

My supra (na import) went 3/4 on the temp gauge today. I pulled up and check for obvious signs and the proceeded to look under the car. I found a pipe that had water dripping out of it every 5 seconds or so. Trouble is now I can't find where its came out from???

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. The pipe circled looks like an overflow pipe of some sort. was the water coming out of there or elsewhere.

Let the car warm up whilst parked and search for leaks - if it's leaking it should show up pretty quick. If it's overheated a little bit just once and water came out of the overflow, have you checked your rad cap? They go sometimes (bad seal), cheap to fix, potentially expensive if you don't replace in time.

Yea, water was coming out of that pipe which i have never noticed before. I automatically thought a pipe came off causing the temp to go up. I've ordered a performance radiator with cap a few days ago for looks and performance so looks like this will come in pretty handy now.
