cowboy bebop
What does that involve (apart from the obvious)? Is it for polishing? To smooth the welds? Looking good It's a media blasting to give the finish more of an argent appearance in line with rest of the motor. It makes the material look more natural. Thanks! chris2o2
Hey, who's supra you calling old and dirty. Im dreaming of it going into mine
cowboy bebop
Let's make that dream into a reality Here's more pics of Ed's awsome motor. The PS and AC should be in today, so we'll be looking to get them on tomorrow. The intake has been fitted, so we're going to media blast it for a natural finish and it's good to go. I'll fit the fuel injectors and rails I have here for it on Monday. We should be redy to ship by mid week if all goes well. Pics of Ed's NA motor next to Larry's 5.4L stroker. Thanks!! Daston
How come Larry's 5.4L stroker's intake is far more bling? Any reason or just because it was requested?
JamieP
How come Larry's 5.4L stroker's intake is far more bling? Any reason or just because it was requested? Everything on Larrys looks to be polished, i prefer the un polished look of Ed's engine:cool:

cowboy bebop
Larry's motor is chrome plated where Ed's motor is more of an argent appearance. The AC compressor FINALLY made it in today. I'm going in tomorrow get them cleaned up, and installed. Should be ready to go after that. Eric
Guest tobym
Eric, post up some pics of the exterior mods to the car:eyebrows:, I've followed you over from v-eight.com, don't own a mk4, but am seriously tempted, after seeing the almost finished project you've produced.I think some of the members on here might like to see how the car is looking now (seriously good!) Guest JDEE
GBP according to yesterday's exchange rate. Eric Whats included in the NA application? Could you draw up a full parts list that you would use if I wanted you to build me an NA V8. Thinking of going for this soon (as we spoke before) and want to know what I'm paying for Any extras I'll need? (Apart from ECU, rubber isolators and exhaust manifold) Thanks JD
