bolarbag
Wasn't going to sell this as was intending to keep the interior as stock as possible, but my dash will be getting redone so I'm going to get a full weld in cage done by Andy Gallagher, The cage is in mint condition, its been wrapped in ribbon since day one, so even the trademark Cusco blue paint is untouched Its currently bolt in, but can be welded in if required, the mounting points are fantastic in terms of chasis enhancement and safety, and is probably the best you can do without altering the interior layout of the car I'll try get pics up tonight, any interest pm me looking for £500 o.n.o plus your required method of delivery I'm sure it weighs 11kg will come with all bolts, underplates and the foam that goes around the cage iteslf(this is pretty expensive in itself) The ribbon can be retained also, as this sets it apart from other cages I have seen imho
harley-jm
Hi Im after a cage but the Cusco 6 point cage seems to go for £516 http://www.lambodoorkits.co.uk/cusco-toyota-supra-jza70-steel-roll-cage-p-3895.html so £600 seems a bit high if it is the same thing (ie steel bolt in)?? Am I missing something here? 11kg doesnt sound like steel. Is yours ali? Paul

bolarbag
Contact the supplier mentioned and see if they will actually supply you with said cage, I very much doubt they have ever seen one let alone supply one The cage imported from a U.S supplier is $1096 w/o delivery, do the maths and with import taxes e.t.c then you are going way higher than 600quid(I'm a frequent buyer of U.S parts) This also comes with the rubber around every part of the cage, your looking at around 100quid minimum spend on this stuff, coupled with a proper ribbon wrap and mint condition the price is good v.f.m imho You pay not much less(if at all) for a less than adequate Do-Luck effort
bolarbag
Price changed, now from good v.f.m to bargain:)

bolarbag
Yes i'm sure its the chromoly version, thought I had stated that, hence why its a bargain The front is an abflug, I'm in two minds whether to keep it and go stock look, I sold the oem skirts and spats with this in mind, but I'm liking them again!!Arrggh! The car now has carbon fenders and doors, these will be painted too, as will the whole car:rolleyes:
