MarkR
Has anyone else had problems contacting them? I've sent emails and left messages, but they don't really seem keen on my business...

Pabs
It's the exact problem when someone is so highly recommended - everyone wants work done! We need some more bodyshops that do GOOD work!
Homer
Last I heard they are VERY busy. As with these places that are in high demand it's better to go see them face to face, they've had a lot of problems with time wasters.
MarkR
I can understand them being tired of timewasters but when it's an insurance claim surely it's an open & closed case of getting the car in fixing it and sending it on its way? They need an office assistant (preferably a nice looking young lady) to answer the phone and make bookings etc. In this day and age it's not really acceptable to get such bad service before they've even got your business. They sorted the insurance claim on my mazda 3s front bumper quickly.
