Matt H
On a serious note... I'd take my car, then work with the interior and engine bay. I'd take my car to somewhere like hanaman in Germany, get them to do the works on the inside like having a full t-trim and dash make over using Cream leather, Brushed Aluminium and crystal for buttons etc, make it look like an Aston Martin Vanquish on the inside. Then engine wise, i'd be sorry to say i'd have to have an engine transplant, employing toyotas own engineers to wack in the new LF-A engine and convert the car to 4 wheel drive. And if we are in the world of fantasy... i'd also get toyota to produce me a electronic folding hard top. The roof would fold away into the back seat area. johnny g
Engine: Top Secret V12, running twin GT35Rs and Greddy 4 Row - MoTeC M800 mapped by Ryan - stock-like ride and noise. Suspension: Sourced and sorted by CW Interior: Full re-trim in leather and alcantara like the Lambo's and Defi Sports Cluster dashboard. Exterior: Stock with TRD Spoiler with lightweight Rays Engineering 18's, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sports Brakes: Nice Brembo designed 6 pots up front, 4 pots at the rear Entertainment: Harmon Kardon/Focal/Bose system with a stealth installation - similar to a few revisions to the future of the BMW iDrive

tbourner
Street sleeper. Stock looking silver car, standard 17s, maybe put a few dents in the bodywork. Stock ish interior unless functionality required extra, basically crappy looking. LOTS of money then spent on the engine, single to around 550-600BHP, hopefully a nice early spool for road use, CW to set up the suspension and stuff (I'm sure he'd appreciate the stock wheels). Now thats quite possibly the best answer so far. The interior on all jap cars lack quality and lustre so I'd agree wholeheartedly with a quality complete re-vamp and modernisation. Again the engine is getting on a bit and dare I say it there are toyota lumps and boxes out there that far surpass the 2jz. Oh I know I'll get bashed for saying so but the 2jz's power ability comes as a big trade off---power=lag. Again the boxes were ok in their day but auto boxes with gear pre-selection are available now with much quicker changes and better gear ranges and there are far smoother boxes than the getrag are out there. That car, apart from not being a Supra any more, would probably not be very strong or safe for the road either. If that's your plan you're better off commissioning a group of experts to design, Engineer and build a car from scratch - then stick a Supra body on it!! Daston
Hmmm hard choice For road use I would go for a TRD kitted Aero top with 6 speed and possibly HKS twin turbo set up with full upgraded block, possibly 3.4ltr, uprated fuel and oil. Full custom suspension set up to cope with the wider body and larger wheels along with larger breaks. All finished in a nice deep red with TRD carbon spoiler. Money no object of course You honestly think so? You think without rebuilding the Supra chassis from scratch you could add a completely different engine, make it 4WD and a convertible and it would still handle well and be light? I don't think any amount of money in the world could do that TBH.
